Last updated: October 26, 2026.

TechFortress, LLC ("TechFortress," "we," "us") collects the information you submit through this site's forms — name, email, phone, company, and message content — solely to respond to your inquiry and follow up about a potential project.

The AI Project Advisor form may additionally collect optional business details you choose to provide — things like your current call or lead volume, business hours and scheduling preferences, the tools (CRM or calendar) you already use, and your target launch timeline — to give a head start on scoping a recommendation. These fields are optional and used for the same purpose: responding to your inquiry.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except service providers necessary to operate this site (hosting and email delivery), each bound to use it only to provide that service.

Form submissions are stored securely and retained only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry or, if you become a client, for the duration of that relationship plus applicable record-keeping requirements.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by contacting us through the contact page.

This site does not use third-party advertising trackers. No analytics are wired into this site as of this policy's last-updated date.

Website assistant

Our Website Assistant, Krista

Our website has an AI assistant named Krista that helps you describe what you need and points you to the right TechFortress service. Krista is an AI, not a person. Anything she says about scope, timing or price is a general estimate to help you decide whether to talk to us; it is not a quote, an offer or a commitment. A TechFortress team member prepares and sends any binding proposal.

When you use Krista we collect and store:

  • The text of your conversation with her. We automatically mask card, account and government ID numbers and similar sensitive strings before the text is stored, but please do not type them.
  • The name, email address, and (if you give them) company and phone number you enter when you ask us to follow up
  • A scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address, used only to limit abuse and flood traffic
  • A summary of your conversation that we generate so a team member can follow up

Bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)

To keep automated traffic out, we use Cloudflare Turnstile when you start a conversation, submit your details, or accept a proposal. Turnstile runs a short check in your browser and sends the result, together with your IP address, to Cloudflare, which processes it under its own privacy policy. We do not use Turnstile for advertising.

Email verification codes

Before we treat your request as a lead, we email a six-digit code to the address you gave us and ask you to enter it. This proves the address is yours. The code expires after ten minutes and is stored only in scrambled form. The email is sent through our email service provider, which handles your address only to deliver it.

Who processes your conversation

Your messages are processed by an AI model provider (Anthropic) to generate Krista's replies and your conversation summary, and are stored with our cloud hosting and database providers. We do not sell your information or use your conversation for advertising.

How long we keep it

  • Conversations you start but never verify by email: deleted within 24 hours.
  • Verified conversations for which we do not send you a proposal: the transcript and conversation record are deleted 30 days after you verify your email.
  • Conversations for which we send you a proposal: the transcript and conversation record are kept for up to 12 months after you verify your email, then deleted. Business records (your contact details and the summary and excerpt of your request that we pass to our team, the proposal, your acceptance, invoices) are kept for as long as the law or our business records require.

You can ask us to delete your conversation earlier by contacting us at the address below.

Accepting a proposal online

If you accept a proposal on our website, we record your typed name, your verified email address, the time, a hashed form of your IP address, and your browser type, together with a fingerprint of the exact proposal you accepted. We keep this as the record of your agreement.
